Scott Kanyok
Scott's sixteen years in bioactive formulation began with his own recovery from a near-fatal cycling accident in 2008. The search for what would rebuild his health led from clinical nutrition to the Amazon, where he studied plant bioactives at the source, and to UB Super, the superfood nutrition line he founded. That work grew into Integrated Molecular Therapeutics, a biotech research company focused on inflammation and oxidative stress. Meticulous applies everything that journey taught him to skin.

Formulation decisions, explained
Why açaí stem cells?
Scott first studied açaí in the Amazon, at the source, years before it reached ingredient catalogs. It was selected for Meticulous the same way it was found: identified in the field, then validated against published research on antioxidant support for stressed skin. Field research first, formulation second.
Why inflammation and oxidative stress as the design targets?
They're the common thread of Scott's entire research arc, from his own recovery to IMT's research focus. GLP-1 skin change accelerates both. Every active in the System was chosen to support skin against one or the other, and most were chosen to support both.
Why do the labels say 'topical supplement'?
Because that's the philosophy. Scott came to skincare from clinical nutrition, where formulas are built as systems of synergistic nutrients, not single hero ingredients. Meticulous formulas are built the same way: bioavailable actives, chosen for how they work together, applied topically.
Why attribute our clinical numbers to the raw active, not the finished formula?
Because that's what was tested. The 60-day data reflects the core active at the concentration used in our formula. We could word it more loosely, plenty of brands do. We'd rather you know exactly what the evidence covers.

The Meticulous Study
Ten GLP-1 users followed the full System daily for 90 days. Participants were six months to two years into GLP-1 therapy, with weight loss ranging from roughly 40 to more than 200 pounds. Each submitted standardized photos and structured check-ins at Day 14, 30, 60, and 90, alongside ongoing conversations about what they were experiencing. Self-reported, unedited, and published in full, including what didn't change. This is our own study, on our own patients, on the finished System.
